World Book Day.

It's World Book Day! A celebration of authors, illustrators, books and most importantly, reading. The children enjoyed attending nursery today dressed up as their favourite book character. We had a wide spread of fabulous costumes from Little Red Riding Hood to Peter Rabbit. Throughout the morning we carried out a teacher swap, staff went to other classes to read one of their favourite stories. The children were extremely lucky to have a visit from Gangsta Granny (Mrs Ward, Year 5). She chose to read Alien's Love Underpants and What The Ladybird Heard.
