Homework

4.10.19

Please use the link above to log into Purple Mash and find the homework set for this week. We would like the children to create their own 'Terrible Monster' linked to the story of The Gruffalo. If you have any problems logging in please speak to a member of the Reception team.

September 2019

Below is an example of our Newsletter, which may also have homework attached. This will be sent out each Friday and we encourage your comments or your child's comments in the box provided.  These will then be kept in your child's Homework Journal as a record of their engagement throughout the year.

Writing at St Anne's is always cursive.  Please use the Letter Mat to familiarise your child with forming their letters correctly. Remember capital letters stand alone and do not join.

Homework will be given out each Friday, which may include RWI sounds, practical activities and activities on Purple Mash. Information on how we say these sounds can be found by following the Read Write Inc link below.

Reading books will be sent home on a Monday and are then returned the following Monday.

If you have any questions or queries regarding homework, please do not hesitate to ask.  Thank you for your continued support.
